Centrica Business Solutions welcomes Dan Svejnar to serve as Commercial Vice President
Iselin, NJ (May 22, 2018) – Centrica Business Solutions, Centrica’s Distributed Energy & Power brand, has hired Dan Svejnar to assume the role of Vice President, Head of Commercial in North America. Dan will be responsible for the business’ commercial function in North America.
With over 15 years of experience managing complex agreements throughout the energy value chain, Dan is uniquely positioned to help drive the evolving energy market – one that is decentralized and customer-centric.
Prior to joining Centrica Business Solutions, Dan led strategy, operations, project finance and asset management teams in various operating roles for venture backed companies. As a co-founder or advisor, he has collaborated with management teams to successfully raise capital for companies and projects in both the United States and Europe.
Dan began his career as a structured finance banker. He has successfully originated, structured, and executed over $1.2 billion of energy transactions spanning the capital structure. His structured finance experience includes renewable energy generation technologies as well as developing innovative financing solutions for large scale energy efficiency transactions that reduce consumption, improve resilience, advance environmental sustainability, and preserve capital.

Dan holds his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and resides in New York, New York.
