Routine Maintenance

Every Heat Pump manufacturer recommends specific works are conducted at precise time intervals, to safeguard the unit’s ongoing performance. Works can include, but aren’t limited, to:

  • Compressors and associated components within the frame
  • Leak test across all joints, valves and connections, in compliance with F-Gas regulations
  • Refrigerant levels and oil charge
  • Refrigerant drier and filters
  • Controls and pressure switches
  • Transducers
  • Pack operating pressures, probes, and probes calibration
  • Expansion valves
  • Electrical contactors relays and MCB’s

Remote Service

For every Heat Pump that we look after, we continually monitor it’s performance using our remote control and diagnostic systems. Our Service Centre will be automatically alerted if a problem arises, and can either remotely resolve the problem, or deploy an engineer to site right away. 

  • Remote monitoring and diagnostics 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to proactively identify potential issues 
  • Monthly performance report detailing cumulative electricity and heat generation.
  • Remote programming to immediately adjust operating times or other parameters, in line with your needs.
  • Dedicated helpdesk representative available during office hours for further diagnostic advice or assistance.
